Manual and explanations to vector2/edge1030 values in Garmin Express

There are quite a few questions popping up in my mind as regards to values recived from vector2, edge 1030 and presented in Garmin express.

1) This one for example; Which says Lack of anaerobic activity 256, Hard aerobic activity 1285, light anaerobic 190. What is the meaning of displaying these values when there is no reference to match? What am I missing here?

2) I also do not grasp why my Edge indicate, for example 2,5 watts/kg and then displayed in Connect as 1,5? Any ideas?

3) In Garmin Connect you can see your average watt sitting and standing values. As an example, with (fictive) values; sitting 180w, standing 250w then in the end expressed as 150w under Power? In my world the watts average after a total ride then should be somewhere inbetween 180 and 250 watts after considering the time spent sitting/standing. What am I missing?

There should be some sort of manual to all these values thrown around by garmin to explain what they are referring to and measuring against.
