1030 plus randomly shuts down and restarts

During rides, Garmin 1030+ shuts down without reasons and restarts.

After few time, Garmin GPS signal comes back ok and It Is possibile to press start again, resuming previous ongoing session.

Dou you expect for a new update?

    I suffer from time to time with the same issue
    The most recent is when the Varia radar disconnected which might have caused the restart, I don't know.
    Why can't the software engineers stop the Garmin from restarting mid-ride until the activity has been saved?
