No. The computer in the thing is probably way too slow for that.
While few things outside of Garmin devices support ANT+, it seems newer sensors are adding BT (which lots of devices can use).
The need for a broadcast feature was likely small and (with BT) getting even smaller.
Some Garmin watches broadcast data (not the screen), which lets other devices (like Edges) to display the data. (This feature is targeting the triathlon market.)
