This would be great if Garmin changed/added a tone specific for when phone is ringing?
Just like in Wahoo cycling computers, where it is distinguished from all other alerts.
This is not only 1030+ model related, but to all other models as well.
At this moment I cannot distinguish a standard (not important) alert from when my phone is ringing, which may be much more of importance., and then I have a missed call, which doesn't even show up on EDGE's screen afterwards.
When you cycle in louder environment there is no chance that you will hear that single "beep". Another instance is when you need to concentrate on the road itself, and can't be looking at the EDGE's screen every time it beeps for everything.
So a typical "ringing" tone for when a phone is ringing please. This is really not much to ask :)
