Since I have upgraded the software on the edge 1030 plus to version 6.75, my computer no longer recognizes the device. Neither my Mac or Windows laptop recognize it. I have tried a reboot of the device, hard connection by using the lap button and different cables. Nothing worked.
Anyone have any ideas?
