I have a Microsoft Surface, 128 GB, that was running out of space, though having very few apps. While on the verge of deleting my whole music collection, I went exploring. Right-clicking on C:\Program Files\Garmin and hitting properties, I found it was using 40 GB of space. Drilling deeper, I found it had been storing every map download I had ever done (39 GB). Deleted them all. Be aware.
