Strava Segments while navigating a course.

This has come up many times over the last few years on this forum. Has anyone found the answer? I've asked Strava, but they don't seem to know. Before anyone asks, I'm running a 1030+, latest firmware, all segments and route are stared and the segments start and finish within the route. Eveything works as it should when NOT following a route.

I think you need to generate teh course in Strava and not Komoot or Garmin

I have generated the course in Strava, I have neever used Komoot and I don't use the Garmin site.
