Stuck on Diagnostics

Edge 1030 stuck on diagnostic screen. Connects to computer (shows only on Garmin Express) but cannot access data nor sync.

Have tried, holding 3 buttons, power button for 10 seconds, different cables, different computers. Still stuck.

Check that bottom right button is not stuck down.
