Dispay / color Edge 1030 plus

Good evening,

i post here because i received my new edge 1030 plus today and it’s clearly a deception for this price

the display is poor, white not white black not black and no color visible (fade)

i saw a lot of messages concerning this problem for 1030 plus and i will probably return to the shop.

My questions are:

The updates can improve the quality ?

do you have solutions to get a better quality ?

the 1040 model have this problem too or it’s better ?

It uses a transreflective display which is perfectly readable on a direct sunlight. With backlight on it is a bit dim, but outside it is great. And no, both have basically the same display.

There is no solution.

The 1040 has the same display type and so it looks the same.
