Garmin French support

I've been struggling for over a year with an Edge 1030 plus that doesn't work with its sensors that crash the Edge due to its permanent disconnections/connections.


I sent an email to the support at their request with as much information as possible and offered to help them with my logs (diagnosis).
No return, no news, nothing.


I will end up asking for a refund!

And oh, Garmin support French, where are you?
