Import Courses FROM 1030 Plus back in to Komoot

I lost a lot of my planned routes in Komoot but they are still in my Garmin. Is there a way to IMPORT from the Garmin back in to Komoot please?

sorry - disregard - answered my own question - finally got the Garmin to connect to my MacBook and they are there. (It's very picky about which cable to use)
