SRAM AXS Eagle battery levels

Hi,

I’ve got the above AXS system and have the battery indicator active on one of my data screens. However, only 1 battery is displayed and there should be a level for the shifter as well as the derailleur. I have both devices setup on the SRAM AXS app. My data screen is formatted so that the battery field can display across the width of the screen. I’ve seen screen shots showing both levels so I know that it is possible.

Any suggestions?

Re-pair the shifter with the derailleur. I have Rival AXS and when my shifters' battery status disappear, re-pairing the shifters with the derailleurs fixes the display.
