Save ride via Bluetooth 1030 plus

Just switched from Edge 830 to Edge 1030. When I save my ride it doesn’t work until I get home where I have wifi.
I used to be able to save the ride on my 830 in the parking lot. Am I missing a setup step? Phone is paired and Bluetooth is enabled.

Hello DuaneHebert! It sounds like either your Edge 830 or 1030 Plus is associated with more than one account. Can you please check which account you are signed in to on your smart device(s)? I can assist you with this if I have your permission to reach out to you directly.

I think I have only one account. Online it shows my 1030 Plus and my retired 800. I removed the 830 thinking that may have been the problem. I sold that anyway.

I removed everything from my phone and the 1030 + and reinstalled. It sort of works now but sometime I have to manually upload from the history.
