Recovery Time is showing zero hours

I had to do an exchange of my 1030 Plus for a refurbished unit after a crash on June 7.

I have done 16 rides since putting the refurbished unit into service, but my Recovery Time is still showing zero hours.

I have nearly 16 hours of riding for the first nine days of July, and my total on the device is 24:32:56.

How long is it likely to take before I start getting somewhat accurate Recovery Hours? Is there something I should check? My personal data looks OK, as if it were copied from the old unit.

Check that it is enabled under Menu>My stats on the replacement unit.

colin-campbell As PeterK_55 mentioned, please ensure it is enabled by going to My stats > Recovery. Also, is your Max heart rate set and accurate? you can check this by going to my stats > training zones > heart rate zones

Yes, recovery was enabled. But when I looked at Heart Rate Zones, my Maximum was set to 240. I have dropped it to 170, and I'll see today if that makes a difference. Thanks for the tip!

After resetting my maximum heart rate from 240 to 170, I went for a ride, and my Recovery Time was 55 hours. Thanks to you who helped!
