1030 + recorded the incorrect route

Hi all!

Have had my garmin 1030 plus since 2020, plus i have owned other garmin products and this has never happened, today i went on a ride and once the ride was finished it gave me the incorrect route, toe exact the half returning side was completely, completely off,( distance was correct ) i have ofc also my apple watch that has its own gps all fine and my partner has an 830 and also recorded the route correctly ( there is no phone signal in my area and this has been never an issue) so i am very puzzled at why this happened, specially since my past rides this week were fine as well.

Any ideas? Gps + glonass is what i have had all this time, appreciate the input!

There was an issue recently with EPO and Satellite information being downloaded to devices that was inaccurate, and caused errors like you described. This has since been resolved, and you can update your device by syncing.

That was addressed on july 5th, my issue happened july 5th, i opened a case with support
