No altitude reading. Grade % registers but not actual altitude.

This morning it was correct at 73 at rides end and it started at 70. 

Thanks. The temperature sensor is part of the barometric chip set and can indicate  a problem if it is not working.

What data field is installed on the bottom right (dashes and zero)? What does your elevation gain and profile look like when you upload a ride?

To my knowledge the data field is elevation but I am unclear how to confirm that. When ride is uploaded elevation change is represented.

If you are willing to share the file for that profile that will contain information about the data field.
