Smart drink stopped working

I have been using smart drink and smart eat since the beginning on my 1030+ and it never failed me. Out of the blue, the smart drink and eat messages stopped to appear. 

There was no change on the device, still running FW 6.10 for months. I already tried to disable and re-enable the options, without succes.

There is no error on the device either, the last recorded error in the Debugging folder is of 29-oct-2021.

Any idea what might cause this and how to solve it?

    Same here with 6.40 on today's ride. No longer any smart drink / eat alerts Disappointed

    Noticed it yesterday, no alerts during a 33 mile ride... thought it was because I chose a saved route then activity type, I'm almost sure it worked when not doing that..

    Well, I found out I had 200 history rides. I deleted half and smart drink seems to be working again. Strange...

    Update: I also found out today that my heartrate was set at 211 instead of 178, it was set to "auto adjust". That might also cause the auto-drink to be very slow, as, compared to a heartrate of 211, a rate of 120 is just idling ;). I disabled the "auto adjust" and entered a fixed value if 178. There is a new ride to tomorrow, so let's see if this helps.

    Had this same problem yesterday. Tried deleting history and tested again this morning, and problem is still there. Has anyone found a different solution?

    Have you tried a full power cycle?

    Hold the power key until the power menu appears then select Power Off.

    It stopped working for me, along with sharp bend warning, a while back but started working again a few days later. Other than perhaps a power cycle I did nothing to get it working again.

    Thanks. I always turn device off as you suggest, so having the problem appear again this morning after turning off yesterday has not helped me in the same way as it has for you. Appreciate your suggestion.
