Edge 1030 Plus

I have tried to add maps into my computer today and now it is on permanent upload mode and when i reset it, it automatically turns back on. This is a frustrating continous cycle.

Can anyone help?!?

I hold the power button for 10 seconds. Is there another way?

I cant get into the computer itself to use the menu
