cadence average abnormally low

Howdy

I am wondering if there is way to record a 3s cadence average

my cadence average seems too low and i notice when i stop pedaling it takes a while to come back to zero. i have excluded zeros from the average but when i stop pedaling it goes from 90rpm to 30..20.. and then only to zero which affect my average

is there a way like with power to choose 3s, 10s average?

What you observe - stop pedalling and the Cadence display drops 90 - 50 - 30 - 0 - would increase the average value and not decrease!
Yes, you can e.g. with the IQ data field HMs DIY select any second value sample for the cadence display, but that only affects the display and not the average calculation.

Have you checked already if there are no cadence dropouts during an activity?
