"not enough memory" on 1030+ cannot update

On my 1030+, cannot update, it s new! cannot manage maps, i uninstalled software garmin express and reinstalled, but nothing changed.

i ve 830 and all software run normally.

i try but nothing changed, it s like before:

i cannot entry to maps manager.

I put road route with strava and i seen on device

Are you clicking on cancel in the first screen you are showing?

What is taking up so much space?

I'm not sure if anybody here is going to be able to help you. I've run out of ideas.

Note that there are two levels of reset. One is a full factory reset.

I'd suggest calling Garmin but they will probably say to reset it.

It s ok, tomorrow i will call garmin italy again....

I done again hard reset but nothing changed.

About 830 everything it s ok and i seen difference folder on pc, in 830 i seen system folder, on 1030 not have....

Tomorrow i will work about...

Those images aren't useful. There are free programs that will show you the space consumed by each folder.

I called Garmin Italy, need install Garmin Express to another pc and try, if nothing change, i will call agai.

I installed garmin express in another pc, everything ok, can manage maps, then my operative system have something crashing that function.

Really thx for your job and your time.
