Setting GPS Coordinates, sometimes screen allows 0-9, and sometimes only 1-5.

On Course Creator, when entering coordinates, sometimes the screen will allow digits 0-9, and then sometimes, let's say I need to enter a 7, it will only give me options of entering digits between 1-5. Advice? Suggestions? Thanks!

The log/long value represents degrees, minutes and seconds. It totally make sense to me that there is a validation allowing you select minutes form range 00-59, thus tens are 0-5. If you want to do add 7, then logically you need to type 07.
