is the 1030 plus going to get real time stamina

This feature is on the fenix 7/epix, just wondering if hte 1030 plus is going to get it. Would be really cool to have this real time stamina for long rides.

Very doubtful, for the same reason as they don't count intensy minutes. And then they can sell more of their watches too

Try downloading the W’Bal I/Q app it’s as near as you will get at the moment.

Related question guys. I own the Epix watch and I've tried extending the display to the Edge 1030 plus in order to see the new stamina feature. However the Edge shows that these fields are not supported. Any thoughts?

Yes, see your other posting. The watches are not sending it so there is nothing for the Edge to show.

I am a brand new user of Epix/1030Plus, so be gentle... :-) I made a copy of the bike activity on the Epix and added the Stamina screen and turned on HR broadcast. This way I hope I can get the Stamina data and i dont have go 5 menu levels down to turn on broadcast of HRM. At the end of the ride i am just discarding the activity on the Epix to avoid duplicates. does this make sense?
