Shifters not appearing in the new eTAP AXS battery status.

I have Red AXS shifters and derailleurs. The battery status for the shifters showed up at first with the new firmware, but now they don't. There are ten people reporting the same problem in the SRAM AXS Owners group on Facebook using the Edge 1030 Plus, and 530.

I've seen this before after a software update to the shifters. Try pairing the shifters again with the other SRAM components.

Hello, yes of course I have it configured in the full width of the screen but only the two appear, not the shifters, what seems strange to me is that when I click on the sensors about the 4 components seem to me but only the levels of the batteries of 2 of the shifters no

As mentioned earlier in this thread you will need to follow the SRAM instructions on how to pair the shifters with the derailleurs and execute the process again.

in the sram application if all the battery levels appear and they are in the latest version of firmware available I have tried to pair in the garmin at least 5 times but the battery levels of the shifters do not appear

I re-paired mine and it temporarily fixed it, next ride and the shifters were gone again. Anyone else having this issues? Garmin 530 and Force AXS

Yep. have not had shifter battery shifter levels for mths. Tried all the above today and still cant get shifter levers to display battery level - Any suggestions for my 1030+

Same problem here with Eagle and Force AXS on Edge 1030.
Re-pairing the controllers didn't resut in the battery levels being displayed again.

me too.

I have mullet build with Force switches and GX rear derailleur. I have also GX switch attached to lemond.

But I see battery level only for GX derailleur and right Force switch.

It’s possibly an issue with SRAM’s AXS firmware. If you re-pair your shifters to the derailleurs, the shifter battery status will return. I gave up on the feature. The AXS shifter batteries seem to last for 12-18 months. Although, I have had some bad luck with some CR2032 batteries claiming to be Energizer on Amazon recently.

I see exactly the same problem on one bike where I have Force AXS shifters mated with 11-speed Red eTap derailleurs. The derailleur battery levels display OK, but the shifter battery levels just display as a red battery shape with a red "X" inside. Two other bikes with all 11-speed eTap shifters and derailleurs display all battery levels without any problem. I upgraded the AXS shifter FW to whatever was current when I bought the levers about three months ago so that they would work with the 11-speed derailleurs.
