hard reset - not working

PC Win11; I did place a .gpx in map NewFiles from Edge 1030 Plus FW 6.10. Never had problems with this.

I started the Edge 1030 Plus to have a course for tomorrow. The Edge 1030 Plus does not start. It "hangs" in the screen "Loading courses, workouts and locations ..."

I tried the hard rest (10 seconds). There comes a screen "Om een locatie te verzenden controleert u de telefoonverbinding en probeert u het opnieuw." = "To send a location, check the mobile phone connection and try again".

I tried the reset left-upper-screen,.

I tried the reset lap-button+start/stop-button and Power on/off.

All these options have the same result: it starts till the screen "Loading courses, workouts and locations ..." is shown and 3 blinking dots in the upper side of the screen.

No connection with PC or smartphone possible. 

So I have now an Edge 1030 Plus with 95% battery. But no functionality ... Anyone an idea for action ?
