OSM Round Course Creator doesn’t work

I have a Europe based edge 1030 plus and is living in Japan. I’ve downloaded the OSM Japan map but my round trip course creator doesn’t work. It keeps searching even with signal and can’t generate a round trip course. Anyone have this experience before?
