Cannot connect Edge 1030 Plus to iOS 15.1

Hi,

i am having trouble connecting the edge 1030 plus with my iphone, running on ios 15.1. The field "select an accessory" stays blank when trying to connect. Any way to resolve this?

    I can only suggest that you could try the usual Log off and then Log on-again, OR in the word case, you may find it easier, in the long run, to log out and uninstall the App, then reinstall it. You will have to add your devices again, but personal details should come across from the Garmin Connect account when you log back in again :-)

  • Just tried this myself, do you see a list of devices to select from? it shows a set of 6 default devices to choose from and says 'Browse all compatible devices' on a blue background at the bottom of the page? If you aren't getting that far, then I suspect you either have a faulty App or no data connection. :-) The 1030 Plus must have Bluetooth enabled to be found in the Garmin Connect Mobile App .
