Notification disabled, still coming through!

Hi all, I have disabled all notifications in the 1030+ settings (social, sms, etc), however, I still saw some WhatsApp messages coming through. As I am also connected to my Fenix 6 to grab the heart rate I was thinking the Fenix may push them along. Any ideas about this?

I'm adding a support center link for notifications below in case this helps others who find this thread.

If you go back into the menu where you disabled notifications, does this still show that they are turned off, are has it turned the setting back on?

Hi, thanks for responding. No, the settings remain off, yet a Whatsapp message still appeared at the bottom of my screen. In fact, thinking about it, the same message appeared again after I closed it.
