Group tracking stopped working on garmin edge 1030 plus

We’ve been able to use group tracking through Germany and Austria but it hasn’t worked in Slovenia or Italy.  Th email is sent that livetrack has started but can’t see other person or the tracking page.  We have it set up on the device to show group tracking.  What can we do to fix it!

    I see that you have two threads, and I wanted to clear something up to better help you. 

    One thread mentions group track and the other mentions Livetrack. Are you having issues using Group Track directly on the edge, or just using normal Livetrack where the email links are not updating?
