Larger fonts/text on navigation

Hi, unfortunately I have an eye disease that makes it hard to read. On navigation when following a course the text with the arrow and when to turn is too small for me. Can yo make that text larger?

impossible even with age-related sea weakness. In addition, these thin map lines, too small zoom level display and to make matters worse the reflective display... a horror!
I switch back to Wahoo! Goodby Garmin !
