Rain rain go a way

How bad is the 1030 PLUS is affected by rain? Is it better than any of the other edge units? I need to search the map so locking the screen is not the best answer for me.

This guy does water test. Seems to work ok... It works ok for me as well.

I use mine with long fingered gloves in Portland Oregon - in the rain, of course. Works fine as far as response to touch.
