Release 5.20 sensors disconnect frequently

I can see messages on top of the screen "xxx detected" that means it was disconnected ... With the Fazua (Power/cadence) ble sensor it's even worst, when it disconnect the unit freeze and requires hard power off/on. It never last one hour before the freeze. When fazua power sensor removed the unit works correctly.

When. V 5.0 was released it messed up the BLE searching, which is why they urgently modified and released v 5.13. However you have to update the firmware to fazua 2.11 via new Fazua app or via USB and 2.11 toolbox.

Mine has been rock solid since Garmin 5.13. It is far superior to previous versions.

Go to Fazua.com select support / help centre / toolbox software etc.

The fazua app to use is now the one with the black box with white inner circle and black spokes.

same to me i have di2 and power meter disconnect !

Yes it's right. After a long time, the total disconnection of the sensors (Di2, Bontrager DuoTrap (speed + cadence)) was repeated again in version 5.20. A hard restart was required. After switching on, the ongoing activity was resumed and the sensors were detected again.

I am running 2.11, I will try again with different profile on the faze side.

Just been out for a ride and I had a message radar disconnected and then a few miles later Di2 disconnected. This is on version 5.20

I’ve had connection issues since the v4 firmwares, the varia light disconnects much less frequently but both stages and 4iiii power meters drop out on every firmware version, they never seem to completely disconnect just blips that drops readings for a few seconds at a time

I've been seeing the Disconnect messages for the radar as well. Obviously it is a new bug.
