My 1030+ stuck on maps Cycle 2020.10

Hi,

Today I realized that my 1030+ still using Cycle Map EU 2020.10 where this Garmin site https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=LR6HR5Xul6A9zoxySC5KM9 say that the newest version is 2021.10. Garmin Express can't find any updates. Does anybody know how to update map to newest version?

By the way on my GPSMAP 66i Garmin Express found Topo Active 2021.10 nad update it.

Do you know which maps you have installed on your device? Have you removed or switched any previously?

Please look on attached screenshot of my current setting in Garmin Express.

Today morning I was trying to reinstall and then removing and adding back "Routable Cycle map of Europe". It was always going back to 2020.10.

When I go to map details is show:

My EDGE 1030+ is running 5.00 firmware.

Today I updated my 1030+ to firmware 5.20 and Garmin Express still can not see Cycle Map EU 2021.10

Hi,

Yesterday I bought Fenix 6 Saphire. Today I updated on it map to Topo Active 2021.10 without any problem.

Did you find time to check my Garmin Account for a problem with 1030+ Cycle Map EU update? it seems that problem in my case is only with this one device.

I'm not seeing the Cycle Map EU as being on your device when I view your device internally. I will send you a PM to ask a few other questions.
