can i charge the 1030 plus turned off in a plug?

when I charge the 1030plus with a plug adapter the device turns on and if I turn it off it starts up again and again. If I charge it from a PC this does not happen. Is there a way to charge the 1030 plus with a plug and the device turned off?

Cómo bien dices se enciende cada vez que lo apagas. El funcionamiento es correcto. Debes ponerlo en modo suspensión para que se apague la pantalla.
