How do I update to 5.0? My device says no update available and it’s still 4.1.

Do you have a regional unit. This update is only for European and the Americas

Basically Regional unit will take weeks or months before you get the update. Mine is a SEA Unit I'm still on 4.1 still.

I updated the software ( update to 5.0 ) a week ago.
I had no problems.
I'm from Bulgaria.
Europe.

Good. mine are Asia Device no update still for Asia device. just like previously 4.1 it toke over 2 month before i got the release.

It actually depend on the Device mine are Asia Region Device.

you can locate the device detail under garmin Express Device Info.

mine Model : Edge 1030 Plus Asia.
