From Wahoo ( not from Garmin ) are joking with us.They have implemented a mole in the forum.
You can download the latest beta which, I'm assuming, is the version 5.00 (or at least very close).
It's only at 50% rollout, so not every device is getting it at the minute.
This is done on a controlled basis in case there are major problems

Just be patient. I got 5.00 yesterday. It is a phased roll-out.

Well, it would be nice if there was some info released on the timeline for this phased roll out. Days? Weeks?
Typically it is few days unless an issue is found during the early phases of the rollout. I would expect that it will go to 100% on Monday or Tuesday.
strange that for normal 1030 it was not published at all
