Cannot update maps with GE 7.6

I have a garmin edge 1030plus and wanted to install the maps as indicated on Garmin Express 7.6, but the upload does not start.

I still have an older edge 1000 and on that device, I had no issue at all to update the maps

Have you tried a different USB port?

Does not work well under win10 for me but without problems with my macbook.

Seems to be a general problem with win10 and some usb configurations.

Yes, I tried it does not work on both
