I generate my route files on the ridewithgps site. Then I transfer them to the "new files" folder in my Garmin 1030 Plus.
The course displays on the map and my course points show in the list screen.
However I usually get extraneous distance to next notifications for places not in my course point list and occasionally get a warning to make a u-turn.
How can I simply follow MY COURSE using ONLY MY COURSE points and possible an off course warning (not critical)?
My courses worked perfectly in my old Garmin 800.
