Wahoo Kickr Bike with Garmin 1030 Plus

Hi,

I am Wahoo Kickr Bike connecting to my Garmin 1030 Plus.  I do have it hooked up to follow a course I rode.  My questions are:

1. How can I set up for the Wahoo Kickr Bike to move up and down following the course grade?

2.  I am setting up as Di2. How do I setup the top 2 buttons to control the pages on the Garmin 1030 plus? Or to start lab and record time?
