I lost my EPOC, TE Aerobic and TE Anaerobic numbers in the middle of the ride. Then my garmin Edge reset these three to zero and began to read again. is there a way to retrieve the lost data? or even to modify them to what I remember?

I lost my EPOC, TE Aerobic and TE Anaerobic numbers, and garmin edge 1030 plus reset to zero in the middle of the ride, is there a way to retrieve the previous lost data?
