Hi,
I've been cycling with my 1030 Plus with sensors (Cadence, Speed and Heart Monitor) for at least 2 months 2 to 3 times a week. All my rides are over 40 minutes with a heart rate above 160 for more than 20 minutes in a row.
My heart rate zones are configured by default. As shown in the image below.
Information on age, weight, etc. are also readily allocated.
I can't understand why my 1030 plus still doesn't give me the value of my Vo2Max.
Do I need a power meter to get my Vo2Max?
I have friends who don't have a power meter and have Vo2Max.
Can someone help me?
