This was working fine until 2-3 weeks ago. Now you get asked to reconnect and then a blank maps page appears? Using latest ver 7.4.2.0 and latest firmware, PC and Windows 10.
Tried it yesterday and it worked fine. Indeed I was asked a few times to reconnect. Before unplugging the 1030plus I always first selected in Windows 10 to remove the usb device.
Thanks you made be go back and fiddle on a bit more - discovered it no longer likes the USB hub port I've always used but worked when I plugged directly into another port on the PC. Strange.
