Being a beginner at age of 54 in road cycling as well in using the 1030 edge I was wondering whether it can be right that I get in almost all my rides a aerobic TE of 5 - also because yes I fell a bit exhausted afterwards, but not like having to recover for 3 days as suggested.
Beside the edge I am using at the moment only the HRM dual as a heart frequency sensor (and the Varia RTL515).
Did I do something wrong in the settings, any other suggestions?
