Transfer settings, sensors, etc from 1030 to 1030 plus

I am not getting the option to transfer my settings, sensors, etc from my Edge 1030 to my 1030 plus.
Both are running the most current firmware.

That option only happens on the initial set-up and requires that you pair the phone when asked.
