Cannot Unlock Maps

Hello

I just purchased a 1030+ specifically so I can have and use maps worldwide.

When setting it up I found 2 issues:

1) Not enough memory to install all the available maps (I know I don't need to have all maps but I prefer to do it s I don't forget to do it when traveling).

2) I updated the USA map, and installed the South America map (I am traveling now), and the Trailforks app and I get a message that the unit cannot unlock the maps.

I would appreciate any help specifically with the second point, I need to use the South American maps ASAP.

EDIT: I am using Garmin Express on a Win10 laptop

To unlock the Trailforks map you need to login via the CIQ Trailforks app on the unit. This will trigger a login dialogue on your phone. So you also need the phone pairing up and running.
