After firmware up device won't boot

Hi Guys,

Today I have ordered the 1030 plus, I did one trip with it, its a fantastic device.

I got home its asked to update the firmware which I did.

after the device won't turn on.

I pressed the on button for longer than 10 second nothing happens

I press the LAP/START together nothing happens.

what going on with the device?

Can someone please point me to the right directions?

Try plugging the device into a USB charger or a PC via a USB cable.
