Edge 1030 plus. Komoot will not connect.

Hi,

Komoot no longer seems to be working in IQ. Is anyone else having this problem? I recently updated my iOS on my phone so I don’t know if this is the cause. Edge will connect via Bluetooth to the phone but I get the message ‘You’re currently offline. Connect to your phone via Bluetooth and try again.’ I have tried deleting connect, connect IQ and Komoot apps and re-installing but no joy.

Komoot seems to work fine still on my old edge 530. 

I can push via the the Courses function in connect but I loved the functionality of the IQ app on the device. Firmware is 4.0 but the device does not identify any new firmware updates when I search. It seems every time there is a firmware change (particularly with iOS) something on the Garmin stops working... I had been loving the larger screen and improved navigation otherwise.
