For some time now, Edge 1030 Plus and Forerunner 945 have been offering me new training suggestions every day, and they probably match. In the Forerunner they are very concise, while in the Edge they are a bit more detailed. Unfortunately, it is still unclear to me.
Today the training suggestion for cycling in the Edge 1030 Plus looks like this:
Aerobic TE 3.8 Anaerobic TE 2.0

Interval; Cycle, 15:00 min. 3s 138-168W

Something has not yet become clear to me:
How are the instructions in the various sections to be understood, e.g. when it says "3s 138-168W"? Do I have to switch between 138W and 168W every 3 seconds?
Maybe a training specialist can help me here.
