How to update the two customizable data fields on the bottom of the navigation turn pop-up screen?

When I first got my 1030 Plus I updated those two data fields. Now I want to change them and for the life of me I can't figure out where to change them. I've gone through every menu page but can't find it anywhere. Please help if you can. Thanks.

The two data fields on the turn-by-turn popup screen are not customizable. They never were!
Memory sometimes plays tricks on us...

Whilst I don’t think you could change them on the Edge 1000, I’m pretty sure my Edge 1000 displayed different data in those fields.

You're right!
Data used to be "Distance to Point" and "Time to Point".

Some versions ago they have changed the left Data to "Heading" (S / W / N / E) - God knows why...

I found "Dist. to Point" very useful and really miss it, "Heading" is of no use to me personally.

Distance to point info is still available. It is shown in the top left hand corner of the screen.

Yes. I'm running 3.17 and now I get heading and Time to Point. It used to be Dist. to Point and Time to Point. That's why I was confused...I had thought I changed it by mistake. Yes, Dist to Point is shown at the top. But heading is really useless and I wish the user can customize it. Thanks.
