Start/Stop broken on Strava route IQ with Firmware 4.00

Hello,

When I follow a route with Strava route IQ I can't use the Start/Stop button to register my course.

I have to press the power button during 10 seconds and a screen appears which says :"Connect IQ is open. Close the app before putting the device to sleep or powering off.

And I don't know how to do that ?

I join the picture of that screen.

Has somebody got a soluton ?

Same problem with the Komoot IQ app.

Same problem here on a Garmin Edge 530 with firmware 7.0.0.0 and the Komoot app.

Seems to be related to navigation when selected via an IQ app.

If the route is downloaded directly to the edge device and selected from the native navigation menu the problem does not occur.

If you export your chosen route from your chosen planning app plug the edge into the PC and copy the gpx/tcx files to the newfiles folder on the edge. Disconnect and boot the edge voila navigation and the ability to stop and/or start activities.

Still no fix for this other than manually downloading the route to the device? I see this thread is from a few months ago. I tried removing the Strava routes app and reloading. No change.

For quite a long time, additional applications for sending courses have not been needed, it is enough to mark the route in the source website and the course will be downloaded during data synchronization.
