Daily Suggested Workout taking over my ride

So, first ride today post V4.0 install.

About to set off when I notice a marker next to the 'Training' icon on the home screen. It's Garmin telling me I have a 'Daily Suggested Workout'. I ignore it as I've never seen this before.

As I set off, I am confronted by a barrage of angry beeps from my device telling me my power is 'too high', 'too low' or 'just right'. Not to mention an extra 'Workout' screen appearing on my profile.

2km later I am so fed up with this I stop to investigate. I manage to disable the beeps in my profile settings and also disable the extra and very unwelcome 'Workout' screen. All this despite 'Daily Suggested Workout' being disabled.

A short while later my profile is again showing a 'Workout' screen. I turn it off again. And again it comes back a while later.

And, to cap it all, my 'Auto Pause' has been disabled.

So, in a nutshell, I DO NOT want Garmin telling me how I should be riding, and interfering in the normal operation of my 1030+.

Anyone else had this problem or can give me any ideas on how to fix this please?

I've tried enabling and disabling my 'Daily Suggested Workout' but it makes no difference. I just want to delete it. RageRageRageRageRage
